Your muse says they hate mine. It had been weeks since Edwina had met Anthony. During that time she had tried to keep an open mind and not judge him for all the things she'd heard. When she was with him he was always polite. He was always very attentive but something was lacking but she couldn't put her finger on it. Now she was out walking with him and that feeling that she wanted was not there. Maybe she had read too much, or expecting too much. There was no rush of excitement seeing him. Her heart didn't race.
