Living in Marylebone does draw a few particular characters. For Helena Bishop, there was a man following her during a walk with her pregnant sister-in-law Bridget. He continued to stalk them as they walked through Regent Park. She was getting scared as she thought ignoring him was her message of not being interested.
As they continued to walk, Helena noticed a familiar face walking in the opposite direction. Why is Anthony Bridgerton doing in Marylebone? Shouldn’t he be in Mayfair with his family? Maybe he has a mistress nearby and is walking towards or returning.
Once they were feet away, she gave a smile as a sign to help her get rid of that unwanted intruder. When they stopped, she noticed the intruder walking the other way.
“I know it’s rude to speak to you first but thank you so much, my Lord.” Helena curtsy to the Viscount for saving her and Bridget.
