Today Frannie had been out riding, she had managed to sneak away by herself for the first time and she was fully enjoying the freedom. The wind in her hair as her horse galloped freely through the forest and the warmth of the sun on her skin was intoxicating. She didn't have any plan of where to go so she just let the horse lead the way. As they rode on the horse led them to a darker part of the forest that Frannie had never seen before and suddenly they came upon a man looking hurt and lost. She dead stopped the horse and quickly dismounted. Are you alright? Don't worry I won't hurt you. Sinking to her knees next to him Frannie noticed he was breathing too fast and hard. Forcing his head up to make him look at her she spoke softly and calmly to him. Look at me, slow your breathing. In slowly count to 3, then out just as slowly.
