He's rather happy with that, and takes pride in his appearance, dressing well, ensuring he is always well kept. For the most part, he keeps clean shaven as well, though he's been known to keep up a bit of stubble grow on occasion.

.:Personality:. Compared to the rest of his siblings, Colin can be rather serious, and take himself a bit too seriously from time to time. That's not always the case, however, as he does enjoy partaking in the occasional prank, and likes to think he has a rather decent sense of humour. He's constantly searching for his place in the world, wondering what his purpose is, especially with him being the third born son, not the heir, not the artistic one, nor anything particularly...special. He often focuses on his sense of adventure, choosing to travel, attempting to be as optimistic as he possibly can.

When Colin came into the world, his mother and father had two sons before him; he came along several years after Benedict, though only a year before Daphne. From the word go he was used to a large family, for he was twelve by the long his youngest sister came along. His childhood was full of love, and laughter, and all of the children spending plenty of time together. At the age he was, in the middle of so many of them, he grew up playing, and joking, and pranking...learning pall mall, and fencing, and all of the lessons at Eton. 

At twelve, during a summer home from his studies, a normal family trip to their country home ended in tragedy. The day of Edmund Bridgerton's passing came as big of a shock for Colin as it did for the rest of the family, especially at the age he was...old enough to understand, but young enough not to be involved in all the affairs that followed. 

As the years passed, and he finished up at Eton, coming home to London, Colin has spent most of his time dreaming of finding a purpose in the world. Anthony is the viscount, Benedict has his art, and the rest of his siblings are ladies or children...he often feels like the only one who doesn't know where he's supposed to belong. He's spent time travelling, seeking purpose, looking for something that can help him: seeking out love, a place where he feels understood, any sort of meaning.
