.:Name:. Nathaniel Laurence Wycliff .:Nick Name:. Nathan, Nate, Wycliff .:Rank:. Nobility, next in line as the Duke of Gloucester .:Age:. 23
| ~ • ~ | Appearance | ~ • ~ |
.:Physical Appearance:. Nate stands tall at 6 feet. He always stands with his chest out, hands on his hips and head in the air. He has reddish light brown hair that reaches his chin and shines in the light. He is slender and rather athletic, although he does not use it well, bumbling about as he goes. While he prefers loose-fitting clothing, flowy white shirts that will show off his chest hair and equally loose vests, he dresses the part. He is put together in his dark colored suits with accents of gold. He is what every little girl dreams a handsome Duke looks like. .:Height:. 6' .:Portrayed by:. Harris Dickinson

.:Personality:. Nate is the epitome of a himbo. He is handsome, well-off, fit, and without a thought in his head. He has no sense of danger and greets everyone with the same amount of excitement. He will flirt and go anywhere with anyone, and he truly believes the world is a wonderful place, entirely to his detriment. He has even won a duel by accident, firing a hair too early because he wasn't paying attention. He believes he'll win any other duels to follow because of it. How could he not? Nothing has ever gone wrong for him before, at least that's what he thinks. .:Skills:. Looking pretty, Has won a duel entirely by accident, Charming, Horse riding, Dancing .:Weaknesses:. Stupidity, Not actually a good shot with a gun, Lack of awareness, overly flirtatious

.:Birthplace:. Mayfair, London
.:Family:. Ambrose Wycliff, Duke of Gloucester, father. Harriet Wycliff, Duchess of Gloucester, mother. Charles Wycliff, older brother. Dudley Wycliff, older brother. Reginald Wycliff, older brother.
.:Occupation:. Nobleman, next in line as the Duke of Gloucester
.:History:. Nate is the eldest son of the Wycliffs. He has three younger brothers and a sister who is just as empty-headed as he. However, the problem is Nate is next in line to be the Duke of Gloucester and he does not behave like it. While Caroline is a girl and it's recommended her head not be filled with too many thoughts, Nate should certainly have more. That was definitely something their governess had insisted upon to their parents. He never fully excelled at anything he was taught. He only knew how to charm and so far it had worked well.
Growing up, his father desperately tried to help him find some other talents — hunting, accounting/mathematics, even poetry, philosophy, writing, anything. It was as though everything went in one ear and out the other. And, in a flash, one could see him checking himself out in a mirror. That was just how it was going to be. Now, their only and the people's only hope was that he would marry a far more intelligent woman that he would one day listen to. Thankfully, that was where he shined.
Nate always knew how to get a girl. One smile and he could make a girl across the room swoon. One wink. One glance. It was likely just his title that was carrying him at this point, but the most desperate girls of the ton would certainly fall for his tricks and he happily welcomed it. He almost always danced with any girl who would dare glance his way. Maybe this will be the year he finds his wife and finally gets their father off his back. Then, he swears he will start to learn to be duke, if he can handle it.

but some battles leave
no victor, only a trail of
broken hearts that makes us
wonder if the price we pay
is ever worth the fight."
