.:Personality: Zaina is very quiet and she tends to keep mostly to herself. After losing her parents she found herself surrounded by strangers who she could not trust. Now she refuses to let people get close to her and there is only one that she can fully trust.
To strangers she comes across as a sinister beauty who does not smile or talk to anyone. The only strangers who see more than that are the ones she is forced to spend more time with while working in the brothel. She rarely speaks during her working hours.
With the one person, the one man, the only she trusts she feels free to share her thoughts and there is nothing that she would not do for him. He is her sav and she guards him with her own life. He is the only one that she confines in, the only thing that she doesn't share with him is the fact that she loves him.
When is working for him she is the one that lurks in every shadow that is never seen. The shadows are her friends, that is where she is truly herself. The things she learns in the shadows she uses to protect him.

She is also skilled with knives, that is her weapon of choice and she had spent many years learning how to become deadly. Though she has been trained to be deadly she has never killed anyone and she will do whatever she needs to avoid that.
She is very smart after years of having to learn how to protect herself and find a way to survive on her own.

.:History:. Amita lost her parents before she turned 13 but she does remember them. Her mother and father was performer and they trained her in the art. Thanks to them she has her agile ways and she can climb up anywhere.
After her parents death Amita had no one to act as her guardian and before she was sent to the orphanage she was bought by a brothel in London. There she grew up quickly and her only escape was when she would sneak out and then she crept in the shadows. There were many who pay her for the secrets she learned in those shadows.
There were many well known crime families in this Ton and Zaina was spending all her free time spying and using whatever information she found to try to earn enough money to buy her freedom. One day she crept into the shadows of Reuben Slade's home, she had never planned on her own reaction when she first saw him. Staring at him she stumbled when he came close and to her horror he called her out of the darkness. From that day on she started taking assignments from him. She told him that she was trying to buy her freedom but she never expected what he did, when he bought her from the brothel she was thrilled and then she began working exclusively for him.
The more time she spent with him the more she liked him but she knew that he would never look at her that way. Even knowing this she continued to devote herself to protecting him and later his daughter.
