Aeila Edelweiss had escaped from her needle point circle and out into the estate gardens. Aeila just adored sitting in the flower covered swing in front center of the garden. Aeila looked absolutely beautiful in her off white dress and matching coat her long brown wavy hair loose Hanging beautifully in curls to the shoulders she was already a beauty but the who look was truly like looking at a work of Art. Aeila had found a new book in town a few days ago and was eager to start reading it the book was called The House of the Seven Gables by Nathaniel Hawthorne. So lost in her reading was the young woman that she would have no idea if someone approached, as she went swinging along lost in her reading Aeila began to day dream about her future and whom might ask to court her now that she was out and of the age to find a husband. ((Ooc note: I know it is rather blah but I am not very good at starting posts.)) Arthur Frederick

it is my duty to Gloucester & Edinburgh The Duke -- his father -- was a man concerned with appearances. While Arthur understood it, to some extent, it was something regularly reinforced in the heir. Ensuring that they did not cause offense to others, ensuring they fulfilled their duties and obligations to the best of their ability. Arthur's counter to his father was often that which involved reminding him they were related to the king but his father would not have it. He expected his son to excel, and that included basic etiquette. So when he returned from the war, he was expected to attend the houses of those high ranking nobles -- ones that he at least knew on a level that surpassed mere passing of pleasantries -- and make his return known.
Fortunately, the next noble family he was to meet was familiar to him, having known his daughter from a young age. Having been updated on everyone's status -- a mind numbingly boring tutorial yet he even had to admit, a necessary one -- she would have debuted this season. Entering the home, his arrival was announcement and he was escorted to where Aeila was. She seemed rather engrossed in a book so Arthur took the opportunity to move closer and closer.
Leaving a respectable distance -- he would hardly create a scandal -- he spoke to make his presence known. "Miss Edelweiss," he greeted politely with a small smile. She had certainly grown into a beautiful young woman. Her appearance and debut merely reminded him of how much time had truly passed. "I hope I am not unforgivably late to congratulate you on your successful debut into society." His voice held a playful tease in it, the familiarity of her from his younger years allowing to be ever so slightly more relaxed in her presence.
