He has the Habsburg jaw. Wilhelm's eyes are green and shine in the bright sunlight. Wilhelm carries himself well. Any person would recognize him as a royal as soon as they saw him. He carries a few scars of war on his arms.

.:Personality:. Wilhelm is a self efficient man. He is used to wanting for nothing. He is firm and likes to control other people if they allow him to do so. 

Wilhelm will protect his immediate family as well as any Habsburg. Family ties are important to him. Wilhelm is very duty bound. Underneath his rough and touch exterior is a heart of gold in there somewhere. He doesn't let it show to most people.

Wilhelm is a proud man. He doesn't take any  balooey from anybody. He is an honest man and expects others to be honest with him in return.

.:History:. Wilhelm was born to King Franz Joseph and his wife Maia on October 15, 1759 in Vienna, Austria. Little Wilhelm had the famous Habsburg jaw line. Wilhelm was always surrounded by the best nannies and later tutors in Europe that money could buy. Wilhelm was  was a good baby.

EDUCATION

Wilhelm was a good student. He enjoyed learning. Wilhelm had the best tutors in Europe. He was also tutored in practical subjects such as history and the since Austria was at war, the art of warfare. Hand to hand combat training was his favorite.

COLLEGE

His favorite subject was government. He decided to attend the Maria Theresa Academy in Vienna and majored in government. This would set him on his future career path. Wilhelm continued to be a good student.


MILITARY SERVICE & WAR

Since the academy Wilhelm wanted to go off and do battle with the French who invaded his sacred homeland. Wilhelm joined the Army and was sent to fight the French. Wilhelm was wounded in his right upper thigh and developed an infection. He was sent home to the news that his father, the King was ill.  The King was happy that Wilhelm that survived the war and desired to keep his son safe.



GOING TO ENGLAND

At his father's last request, Wilhelm traveled to London to make a new life for himself.  Since Wilhelm enjoyed dealings with government, that's the field that he wished to enter.



BECOMING AN AUSTRIAN AMBASSADOR IN PARLIAMENT

After arriving in London and careful study of British law and customs Wilhelm was appointed ambassador from Austria for Briton. Wilhelm was in Parliament.
