She has worked all her life on her posture and it is pristine so as to hide her short height (5'5). Her eyes can easily be mistaken for brown but they are really hazel with flecks of green. She likes to always wear her hair up as it is too long and it gets uncomfortable for her. At first glance, she appears intimidating as she smiles little and her mouth is pursed simply because EVERYONE assumes that, because she is short and a woman, she can be belittled and intimidated. .:Personality: Books. Intelligence. Eloquence. Passion. A sense of humor. Those are the things that matter most to CeCe. She won't say no to treats and a decent glass of wine but jewelry bores her. "Too predictable" she scoffs. Poetry, Penny Dreadfuls and racy pamphlets are her secret pleasures but she believes no man would ever bother to really be interested in any of those. She prides herself on bring intelligent and an avid chess player while liking the opera compared to the outdoors. CeCe tries very hard to hide how lonely she feels. She has very few friends to date and most of them make a hasty retreat because of her tendency to isolate herself a lot. As a child with only a father and no mother, she never learned that society frowns upon that sort of thing. Now, at 22, she cannot find it in herself to care. She believes all men want one thing. And once they get it they disappear.

.:History: CeCe was born on a rainy spring night in Paris in a small mansion near the Champs D Elysees. Her mother had a difficult labor and didn't survive the night. Her father shut himself off in a different ward of the house for 6 months. When he re emerged, he took to making CeCe his successor in all ways that would matter, no matter that Sebastian was already his heir. CeCe and her brother got the same education, her father ignoring the protests and whispers. CeCe found a passion for languages and soon enough she spoke French and Italian like she was born to it. She however held no interest for instruments, painting or any of the "normal" passtimes that were suited to young ladies. Instead, she sought and succeeded to learn how to keep the books for the house financials and, at the age of 15 onward, she has managed the household almost entirely herself.



At first, Sebastian resented the attention his sister got. In his mind, he was the heir and he should have everything. But then CeCe took the time to help him with reading assignments by reading to him their mother's books. By the time the family moved back to England, the two siblings were thick as thieves. In spite of their father's ailing health, this was a family respectful, with great pedigree and money.
