Benedict's Headcanons

These are just some headcanons I have for Benedict based on the book [An Offer From A Gentleman] and of course from the show! If anything happens in the show to conflict with these headcanons, I will edit them! I will also keep adding on to this list!

• Benedict is the tallest Bridgerton, putting him at 6"2!
• Benedict's favourite colour is blue!

[/font][li] Benedict has a country home called My Cottage which is taken care of by Mr and Mrs. Crabtree![/li]
[li] Benedict hates being called Number Two![/li]
[li] Benedict has a rock collection; each rock was picked at a special time and symbolizes something important/sentimental! I.e. one rock he picked up on a hike, the day after his father died![/li]
[li] Benedict very rarely cries and even when he does, it is usually in private![/li]
[li] Benedict is often encouraged to dance with Wallflowers at balls and various events, due to his mother's encouragement for him to do so![/li]
[li] Benedict has moments of incredibly strong intuition where he feels as if something is about to happen -- good or bad! This happened in very few moments of his life, one of which was when he felt his father die, despite having gone horse riding with his brother![/li]

Headcanons continued . . .

• Benedict initially started his artistic journey with landscapes, feeling inspired by all the colours found in nature; his frequent hikes also helped to inspire him and translate these visions onto paper. However, when his father passed away, Benedict found his inspiration shift, for two reasons. He realized how precious life is, and how important it was to capture moments within it to forever be remembered somehow. The other reason, is that he held a fear that he would start to forget what his father looked like, his expressions, his demeanour, etc. This was a realization that it could be the case of losing anyone he deeply cared about. This was when Benedict started sketching the human form, starting with drawings of his father, progressing to sketching basic forms, outings with his family, and so on.
